Once marked as “Failed Delivery” and the package is untouched by the customer, it would be sent to the Return store un-tampered for pick up/delivered to your doorstep. If the package has been opened by our customer, it will be retrieved and sent to our Warehouse where it will be quality checked and returned into our inventory.
Sellers should only come to the warehouse to pick-up return items if they have received a confirmation email from the Cat Online Shop. You are required to provide your Seller ID while visiting the warehouse to pick returns. If you do not have your seller ID, please raise a claim with the name of the store-owner/ store-representative. This person must come with a valid form of ID that matches the information given.
The confirmation email would include the number of items processed for pick up & the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the list of items given to you in the warehouse matches the list received in the confirmation sent to you. If it does not match, please raise a claim with the list of items collected.
Once the seller has received a confirmation email that items have been processed for return pick-up, the vendor has 21 days to pick-up these items or the items will be considered forfeited by the seller. Please ensure the email information provided in Seller hub is up to date to avoid missing important return-to-vendor communication.
Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. See information about our refund timelines here. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.
To process your refund quickly, you have the option to request a refund which must be indicated when you request for a return via our contact form or by calling our Customer Service.

If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
Note that we will make several attempts to return the product to you. However, after 2 return attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days for you to pick it up at our warehouse.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it's original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. Complete your return request on our contact form or call us.
